Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Yes. All of our chauffeurs are fluent in both French and English, allowing us
to welcome our international clientele seamlessly

Do you accept corporate payments and business invoicing?
Absolutely. We work regularly with companies, hotels, event agencies
and yachts. Business invoicing with our company registration number, payment by
card, bank transfer or client account by arrangement. A detailed invoice is
always provided.
What is the minimum notice required to book a chauffeur?
We reply to your request within 2 hours, 24/7. For a standard
booking, 24 hours' notice is recommended. Last-minute requests are handled
subject to fleet availability — please feel free to call us directly

What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the pick-up time is free of
charge. Between 24 and 12 hours, 50% of the amount is charged. Less than 12 hours
beforehand, the full fare is due. For prestige events (weddings, Festival
de Cannes), specific terms apply and are communicated with your quote.

Do chauffeurs wear a suit? What protocol do you follow?
Our chauffeurs always wear a dark suit, tie and formal shoes. They welcome
clients at the airport with a personalised name board, assist with luggage and
remain discreet throughout the journey to ensure complete privacy. Mineral water
and Wi-Fi are available on board.
